When placing your order, type the provided code into our promo code box at checkout and click “Apply”. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that have already been placed. Kindly ensure the discount code has been applied and you see the discount subtracted from your subtotal before submitting your order.
Discount codes do not apply to sale items, unless specifically noted.
Sales tax is automatically determined at checkout based on the order value and shipping location.

Lela Rose is pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all domestic ground orders. Kindly reference the below rates for expedited shipping costs. All expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lela Rose is pleased to offer international shipping worldwide.
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, whereas international orders are shipped via DHL.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours, 9am-5pm EST. Kindly allow up to 48 business-hours for order processing. Once shipped, the delivery timeline is based on your location. FedEx Ground takes 1-5 days, east coast to west coast respectively. FedEx Next Day Air will deliver the day after it has left our warehouse, unless placed on Saturday or Sunday. Priority orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Items listed for 'Preorder' are available for immediate purchase but will not ship until the designated date listed on their product page and at checkout. Kindly reference the date listed on the product page for shipping estimations.
Customers will be provided with a FedEx tracking number via email as soon as the order has shipped. You may click the link in that email or visit FedEx.com to track the order status with the tracking number.
Orders are shipped with no signature requirement for delivery. Should you want to apply a signature for delivery, you may do so by entering your tracking number on FedEx.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lela Rose
offers complimentary returns on all eligible items within 15 days of delivery. No
returns will be accepted, or refunds offered after the listed return period.
Garments must be received in their original condition with
all tags attached. No returns are accepted, or refunds offered if items are
worn, washed, altered, damaged, or Lela Rose tags are removed. Note: All sale
items, vintage items, special orders and altered pieces are final sale and may
not be returned or exchanged.
Lela Rose reserves the right to deny a refund if the
merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements or is received after
the 15-day return period. Provided the article is in original condition and all
refund requirements are met, please allow up to 15 days from the date your
return is delivered for the return to be processed and account credited. The
refund will appear on your next credit card statement, depending on the issuing
bank and billing cycle.

your prepaid return label. Please note that use of any other shipping methods
outside of the provided prepaid label will lead to a delay in the return
process, and Lela Rose is not responsible for any items shipped back to us using

Care instructions for each garment can be found on the
product’s description page online as well as on the care instruction tag on the
inside seam of the garment.
Lela Rose cannot guarantee that any styles will be
restocked. However, customers may submit a size request through the
product page online. Should the item become available, the customer will be
notified via the email address they provided.
Lela Rose can only accommodate alterations for purchases
made through our retail store locations. Alterations for any online purchases
must be completed through the customer’s local tailoring services.
