Can you believe it? The holiday season is *just* around the corner! As Thanksgiving nears, we always take the opportunity to be present in our sense of deep gratitude.

We're taking that thankfulness—for you, our stylists, and for the beautiful, growing World of Pearl—and making it the theme of the season at Pearl this year. We are planning a full MONTH of thanks—starting with the First Friday Call on November 4 @ 11:00 EST.

Lela will be sharing her true appreciation for ALL OF YOU who embody the Pearl vision, making Pearl what it is, as well as other Pearl Girls sharing their own expressions of thanks. And, because abundance creates abundance, we hope you'll all join in and share what YOU are grateful for this season—and beyond.

We've already kicked off our season of gratitude with our ThankYou100 promotion—it's an authentic way to share with our clients just how much we (and you) appreciate their support and their community. There wouldn't be a Pearl without you stylists AND there wouldn't be a Pearl without your fabulous clients.

On the call, we'll also be going over everything you need to know about the upcoming promotional calendar as well as creative ways to generate and build sales throughout the holidays so that you can reach your Fall/Winter Supper Club incentive (11/15) and blow past your seasonal net and cash bonuses (12/31)!

We'll be sharing this sale with the extended Pearl network—and we will be removing the names of any clients who have already shopped in October & November.

You Can Opt IN or OUT

This totally optional sale can be shared with your client base OR you can choose to opt out. If you decide to participate in the Cyber Monday sale here's how it will work: You will make 20% commission + all units/sales revenue sold on your personal Pearl Portal during the Cyber Monday Sale. Sales will count towards your clothing and net unit bonuses, sales revenue from the sale will contribute to overall sales, and will reflect the 25% off.

Any stylists choosing to participate in the Cyber Monday promotion will receive sample emails and text assets to make it easier than ever to share this amazing sales opportunity with their clients!

We are thrilled to see so many of you maximizing THANKYOU100 during your Winter shows and as you continue to sell virtually!

We have created a handful of new assets for you to text and email to clients promoting this exciting offer. As a reminder, these assets cannot be posted on social media and are intended only for personal outreach.

These gorgeous new assets can be found in your Stylist Dropbox here. You’ll notice in the comments section of each asset, we have included suggested use methods and additional notes on how to get the most out of these sales tools!

A handful of these assets contain messages of gratitude for your cleints. We suggest sending these to clients that have already shopped during this FW22 season to encourage them to add additional pieces.

For clients who haven’t shopped this season, we created more generic assets introducing the Winter collection and mentioning the special promotion. Since this promo can only be used on the back office, we discourage you from including a link to your replicated website in your communication.
